REVIEW: St. Peter’s Organic English Ale

beer_st_petersI’ve been enjoying this sassy import for a couple of years now. Don’t let the weird bottle fool you. It might look like it’s showing up to the prom in a tuxedo t-shirt, but it’s taste is legit. It’s fresh off the top with a strong, but not over-powering hopsy finish. Not very carbonated, but then more Brit beers aren’t.

The dog’s bullocks about this beefeater is it’s an organic brew, which means the ingredients haven’t been treated or frankensteined. I’m no scientificator, but I do know that when you wake from a night of pounding these, your hangover is as inconsequential as Baby Spice’s solo career.

At $6 a bottle, St. Peter’s is a little pricey, but you’ll save on extra strength Advil in the long run.

Jolly good show.
